Summer Art Camp 5 : Here I am
July 19 – July 23, 2021 from 10-2

Week 5 of Summer Art Camp we focus on expressing who we are through art! Creating mixed media self portraits & painting custom wooden nesting dolls that reflect us!

Geared toward children ages 7-13,  we provide space and guidance for kids to freely create, learn different skills in various mediums and build self-confidence.

A typical camp day starts with an Art Project for  1hr 30 minutes, followed by lunch and then a Guided Painting in the afternoon or further work on our art project. Art Project lessons will cover a variety of topics and mediums such as landscape, sketching, self expression, design and art history.

Mediums covered will include acrylic paints, soft pastels, clay, decoupage, colored pencils, print making, watercolor painting, and more.

*Masks will be required for all to enter the studio. Kids will be allowed to take breaks outside without masks where masks are not required. Staff have been fully vaccinated, but will also wear masks out of solidarity.
