We’re so excited to announce that we’ve finally got our dates and details together for our 2018 Tuscan Art Retreat…and we hope you’ll join us.
We have two different retreats planned for you this year. Each week includes lodging in luxurious and authentically Tuscan accommodations. Enjoy sketching, your choice of watercolor or acrylic classes, walking tours in the local villages, authentic Italian cooking classes and time to just take in the beauty of Italy in either a the Tuscan countryside or a charming city center.
We believe that living a full life means waking those senses that often lie dormant while we work, pay bills, get the kids to their activities, and a plethora of other “life” tasks. So we’ve created holistic art retreats that are designed to refresh you, draw out your creativity, and give you space to breathe and get acquainted with yourself again.

TUSCAN COUNTRYSIDE VILLA
(June 23 – 29)
Relax poolside under the Tuscan sun while surrounded by olive trees and vineyards. Villa Panichi will be our home for the week, tucked up on the hillside overlooking the Val di Chio and the charming town, Castiglion Fiorentino. The villa dates back to 1570, and is filled with an authentic rustic charm you can only find in Tuscany. We will visit the famed, local towns of Cortona (featured in Under the Tuscan Sun) and have a full day trip to Assisi. Sample local wines and olive oils made fresh by the locals and feel like a local yourself. Show me all the details!
LUXURIOUS LUCCA APARTMENT
(July 1-7)
Are you ready to call the “hidden gem of Tuscany” your home for a week? Live like the Tuscans do in the historic center of Lucca! Just an hour west of Florence, Lucca is a charming town surrounded by a medieval wall completely covered in trees. Ride bikes through the town, explore the historic center, shop like an Italian and learn to paint the countryside and cobble stone streets…you’ll have your favorite cappuccino and gelato spot in no time!
