ADULT ACRYLIC PAINTING CLASSES
Now offering FOUR & SIX-WEEK acrylic painting courses for beginner to intermediate painters. These classes will equip you with basic techniques, fundamentals of composition and color theory. 6 Week Beginner Daytime Acrylic Painting Series
(Beginning Thursday January 18 from 10am-12:30pm)
Classes are 2.5 hours long and begin January 18 and end on February 22. (10am – 12:30pm)
Students are responsible to purchase needed supplies.
4 Week Beginner Evening Acrylic Painting Series
(Beginning Tuesday February 6 from 6pm-8:30pm)

6 Week Intermediate (Returning) Acrylic Series
(Beginning Thursday January 18 from 6pm-8:30pm)
This class will jump off from the basics and start to dig into technique, practices, style and composition. We’ll start off playing with paint and mediums to loosen up from our tendencies toward rigidity and see where our own creativity takes us…then we’ll play with a limited palette in a complementary study where we’ll all paint the same objects. Then I’ll work through a landscape painting from a photo step-by-step as if I was working on it in my studio. That way you’ll all be able to follow along with every step and see how one artist works, at least ? Lastly, I’ll have everyone bring in a painting from an artist they admire or just love and I’ll help you re-create that piece of work. You learn so much by copying artists…really…it’s not a bad thing! promise.

ADULT WATERCOLOR PAINTING CLASSES
Join us Wednesday evenings for this five-week painting with watercolor series for beginner to intermediate painters. This class will equip you with basic techniques, fundamentals of composition and color theory. Students choose their subject matter and will create their painting with focused instruction and guidance from our trained artist, Chelsea Ward.
YOUTH ACRYLIC PAINTING CLASSES
These classes are geared toward 10-15 year olds who love to paint, create and do all things art! This is a seven-session painting with acrylics series for beginner to intermediate painters. First-time beginner students will need to take the optional Pre-Session class that meets one week before the first class (on Wednesday, January 10 from 3:30-5pm). Returning students are welcome as well–but not required as they’ve already taken this session. This class will equip them with basic techniques and fundamentals of composition, perspective and color theory.
Classes are 1.5 hours long and will meet on Wednesdays beginning January 10 (Pre-Session) and end on February 28. (3:30pm – 5:00pm)
